浮游空氣塵(chen)菌(jun)采(cai)(cai)樣器是一種多(duo)孔(kong)(kong)吸(xi)入式塵(chen)菌(jun)采(cai)(cai)樣器。它(ta)根(gen)據等速采(cai)(cai)樣理(li)論設計(ji), 采(cai)(cai)樣直接(jie), 采(cai)(cai)集頭口風速與潔凈室(shi)內風速基本*, 能更(geng)準確地反映潔凈室(shi)內的微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)物濃度。采(cai)(cai)樣時(shi),帶塵(chen)菌(jun)空氣高(gao)速通(tong)過微(wei)(wei)孔(kong)(kong),被均(jun)勻(yun)撞擊在培養皿內的瓊(qiong)脂表(biao)面;這些活體微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)物在瓊(qiong)脂表(biao)面獲(huo)得營養均(jun)勻(yun)和充分,在培養過程(cheng)中,快(kuai)速發生(sheng)動態再水化過程(cheng),高(gao)速生(sheng)長,從而更(geng)快(kuai)得出結果(guo)。
結構特點說明
1.采(cai)樣器(qi)由(you)上下(xia)(xia)兩部分組成,上部為采(cai)樣頭、培養皿座(zuo)、采(cai)樣泵(beng)、采(cai)樣泵(beng)座(zuo)、采(cai)樣泵(beng)電(dian)源。下(xia)(xia)部為控制板、存儲器(qi)、LCD顯示器(qi)、鍵(jian)盤、電(dian)池組件,見圖。
2.采樣器可交直流(liu)兩用,儀器的后下(xia)方有一開關(guan)(guan)和一插孔(kong)(見圖),當直流(liu)使用時(shi)打(da)(da)開開關(guan)(guan)由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian);當交流(liu)使用時(shi)將隨機配置的8.4V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源適配器插入上述插孔(kong),當開關(guan)(guan)未打(da)(da)開時(shi)此(ci)時(shi)處于充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai),當開關(guan)(guan)打(da)(da)開時(shi),由(you)8.4V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源適配器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)并(bing)維持充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)。
